Refund/Replacement and Cancellation policy:
- When wrong products and wrong sized products are delivered, they can be returned within 15 days from date of delivery by informing the beardo support team (support@beardo.in) along with the photos of invoice of the product within 24 hours after receiving the product and beardo will not charge for replacements when wrong products are delivered.
- To return the products, they should be in original condition and box also should be included
- For exchanges, one can email at support@beardo.in within 15 days from delivery date along with information such as Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return.
- Cancellation of the order can be done before its shipped and entire amount will be refunded in case if paid online.
